Email and SMS Log

  1. SMS Log

SMS Log can be used to check if the customers are getting communication against their order(s) including OTP SMS for login and order journey. The SMS log can be seen in Kartify by going to the path 

Dashboard > System > Tools > Data Log > SMS Log

We can see all the SMS log from the panel or if we need to see the SMS log against any particular mobile that is also possible (in this scenario, simply write mobile number in “ Number” field and click on “Filter” below it; it will filter out all the SMS log to that particular mobile till date.

2. Email Log

Email log can be used to check the email(s) being sent to any customer or against any particular order number for all the events that have taken place for the order till date. The new sign up/registration, password change, order placed event mails are not logged in here. Also, in Kartify, email logs for Fynd stores (Ruosh, Menmoms, Celio, Florshiem, etc.) are logged, and not the other stores. The SMS log can be seen in Kartify by going to the path 

Dashboard > System > Tools > Data Log > Gofynd Email

Following are the different events for which emails are fired or sent to the customer after the order is placed.

  1. ORDER_PLACED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order has been received.
  2. BAG_CONFIRMED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order has been confirmed.
  3. BAG_PICKED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order has been dispatched
  4. OUT_FOR_DELIVERY – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order is out for delivery to the customer.
  5. DELIVERY_DONE – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order is has been delivered at the delivery address.
  6. REFUND_INITIATED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated about the refund initiation process.
  7. BAG_RETURN_INITIATED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated about the return initiation process (as requested by the customer)
  8. RETURN_BAG_IN_TRANSIT – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that the product(s) to be returned has been picked from the pick up address of the customer.
  9. RTO_BAG_IN_TRANSIT – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that the delivery was unsuccessful at the customer’s delivery address.
  10. CUSTOMER_CANCELLED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their request for cancellation of the order or part of their order has been successfully placed by the brand
  11. FYND_CANCELLED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated that their order or part of their order cannot be processed or fulfilled by the brand.
  12. REFUND_COMPLETED – This event includes the mail in which the customer is communicated about the refund has been completed.
