How to check Data Log and Error Log

What are Data logs?

Data logging is the process of collecting and storing data over a period of time. These data logs record and collect all the activity and store them.

Step 1: From the left hand side navigation bar select System and then Tools from the drop down. From the list of tools select the Data Log

Step 2: Select the table and select the action click on the filter icon to view the logs.

GoFynd Webhook:

  • GoFynd Order ID: enter the order ID to filter the results by order ID
  • Event: Select the event to filter the results by
  • Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date

GoFynd Log:

  • Url: select the list of URLs from the dropdown to filter the results by
  • GoFynd Order ID: enter the order ID to filter the results by order ID
  • Product ID: enter the product ID to filter the results by it
  • Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date
  • Filter In: select the responses from the dropdown to filter the results by

GoFynd Bag:

No additional filters to filter the results by

GoFynd Email:

  • GoFynd Order ID: enter the order ID to filter the results by order ID
  • Event: Select the event to filter the results by
  • Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date
  • Email: enter the email to filter the results by

GoFynd Return Cancel:

  • Customer ID: enter the customer ID to filter the results by it
  • GoFynd Order ID: enter the order ID to filter the results by order ID
  • Bag ID: enter the bag ID to filter the results by it
  • Size: enter the size of the product to filter the results
  • Order ID: enter the order ID to filter the results by it

SMS Log:

(Note: Username, Password and Phone no. have been hidden in the picture)

  • Number: enter the customer no. to filter the results by

Form Data:

  • Event: select the event from the drop down to filter the results by
  • Export the results by clicking on the export button in the top right corner

Cron:

  • Cron Name: enter the name of the cron to filter the results by
  • Status: set the status of the cron by selecting the options from the drop down

Log:

  • User ID: enter the user ID to filter by
  • Event: select the event from the drop down to filter the results by
  • Data: enter the data to filter by
  • Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date

CCAvenue Webhook:

  • ANS/GoFynd Order ID: enter the ID to filter the results by

Refund Payment Log:

  • ANS/GoFynd Order ID: enter the ID to filter the results by

Payment Gateway Log:

  • ANS Order ID: enter the ID to filter the results by

Bestseller Log:

  • Url: select the list of URLs from the dropdown to filter the results by
  • Filter Data: enter the data to filter the results by
  • Filter In: select the response from the dropdown to filter the results
  • Date Added: Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date
  • Date Modified: enter the date to view the events that were modified on that specific date

Kartify Logs:

  • Body: enter the body text to filter the logs by
  • Response: enter the response text

Bestseller Item:

  • Oder ID: enter order ID here
  • Item ID: enter the item ID
  • SKU: enter the SKU of the product here
  • Status: set the status of the order here
  • Shipment track number: enter the shipment track number here
  • Shipment Title: enter the shipment title
  • Shipment Carrier Code: enter the shipment carrier code here
  • Order push number: enter the order push number here
  • Date Added: Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date

Bestseller Inventory:

  • SKU: enter the SKU of the product here
  • Store Code: enter the store code here
  • Quantity: enter the quantity of the product here
  • Price: enter the price of the product here
  • Date Added: Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date
  • Date Modified: enter the date to view the events that were modified on that specific date

Celio Loyality Logs:

  • URL: enter the URL
  • Body: enter the body text
  • Response: enter the response text
  • Status: set the status here
  • Header: enter the header text here

Karify API Log:

  • Oder ID: enter order ID
  • Event: enter the event name
  • Request: enter the request text
  • Response: enter the response text

File Manager:

  • Module: select the module from the dropdown
  • File type: select the file type from the dropdown
  • Status: select the status from the dropdown
  • Uploaded by: enter the text to here to filter by
  • Action by: enter the text here to filter by
  • Date Added: Date Added: enter the date to view the events that occurred on that specific date

What are Error Logs?

An Error log is a file that is created during data processing to hold data known to contain errors, and that is usually printed after completion of processing so that the errors can be corrected. Below are the steps to find the Error logs.

Step 1: From the left hand side navigation bar select System and then Tools from the drop down. From the list of tools select the Error Logs

Step 2: You can find the error logs here. You can also download/clear the logs by clicking on the icons in the top right corner. (For security reasons the errors in the below picture have been cut)

For download click on the purple button and to clear the error logs click on the red button.
