SALES REPORT

What is a sales report?

Sales report is a record of sales activity over a period of time. Below are the steps to access reports on sales for a particular brand from Kartify.

Step 1: on the dashboard from the left hand side navigation bar select Reports and then Select Sales and from the dropdown select Sales Report

Step 2: Select the appropriate filters and click on Filter to see the list or click on Export to get the data in a CSV file. You can find the details of the filters below

  • Date Start: Select the day from which you want the report.
  • Date End: Select the day to which you want the report.
  • Group By: select to group the results by years/months/weeks/day
  • Order Status: select the status of the orders you want to look at
  • UTM Source: UTM stands for Urchin Tracking Module. Select the source of UTM here to sort the results by

SHIPPING REPORT

What is a Shipping report?

Shipping report is record of all shipping activity over a period of time. Below are the steps to access reports on shipping for a particular brand from Kartify.

Step 1: on the dashboard from the left hand side navigation bar select Reports and then Select Sales and from the dropdown select Shipping Report

Step 2: Select the appropriate filters and click on Filter to see the desired results

  • Date Start: Select the day from which you want the report.
  • Date End: Select the day to which you want the report.
  • Group By: select to group the results by years/months/weeks/day
  • Order Status: select the status of the orders you want to look at

RETURN REPORTS

What is a Return Report?

Return report is a record of all the returns that occurred over a period of time. Below are the steps to access reports on product returns for a particular brand from Kartify.

Step 1: on the dashboard from the left hand side navigation bar select Reports and then Select sales and from the dropdown select Return

Step 2: Select the appropriate filters and click on Filter to see the desired results

  • Date Start: Select the day from which you want the report.
  • Date End: Select the day to which you want the report.
  • Group By: select to group the results by years/months/weeks/day
  • Return Status: select the status of the orders you want to look at

COUPON REPORTS

What is a Coupon Report?

Coupon report is a record of all the coupons that were applied over a period of time. Below are the steps to access reports on coupons for a particular brand from Kartify.

Step 1: on the dashboard from the left hand side navigation bar select Reports and then Select sales and from the dropdown select coupon

Step 2: Select the appropriate filters and click on Filter to see the desired results

  • Date Start: Select the day from which you want the report
  • Date End: Select the day to which you want the report

CASHBACK REPORTS

What is a Cashback Report?

Cashback report is a record of all the cashbacks that were given over a period of time. Below are the steps to access reports on Cashbacks for a particular brand from Kartify.

Step 1: on the dashboard from the left hand side navigation bar select Reports and then Select sales and from the dropdown select cashback

Step 2: Select the appropriate filters and click on Filter to see the desired results

  • Date Start: Select the day from which you want the report.
  • Date End: Select the day to which you want the report.
  • Store: Select the store for which you want to look at the cashback report
  • Download: select this field to download the report in a CSV file
